Gårdagens lunch var kjapp å lage siden jeg hadde igjen litt quinoa fra dagen før. Maki er kjapt, enkelt og lage, og svært sunt! Jeg viser framgangmåte HER.
 Maki med avokado, ruccola, rød løk og quinoa. Serveres gjerne med Tamari. Jeg skivet opp litt fersk ingefær, men det kan bli i sterkeste laget for dem som ikke er vant med å spise den rå. Tips: kjøp ferdig syltet eller lage selv.
